Suhas Ganbote
Founder & Director
With 21 years of rich experience at SBI and 24 years of experience in the investment field, he founded SHPL after taking retirement from SBI. During his tenure at SBI, his wife, Mrs. Aruna Ganbote, oversaw the business. After his retirement from SBI, he joined SHPL full-time and continued to take the business forward.
Always client-first approach and long-term relationships with clients helped the organization build a successful business model. He always stands as a pillar and provides advice to the young team of SHPL. Currently, he looks after the finances of SHPL and provides guidance to the team.
Snehal Patwardhan
Director
Snehal has completed her MBA in “Finance” and is a “Qualified Personal Finance Professional” from Network FP. She has over 16 years of experience in the fields of financial planning and wealth management. Prior to joining the family business, she worked with HDFC Bank as a “Relationship Manager”. She is an expert in designing tailor-made financial plans and suggesting suitable product solutions.
A five-time MDRT member, Snehal has consistently demonstrated professional excellence in the insurance and financial services industry. She has been instrumental in bringing together a comprehensive range of financial and protection solutions under one roof at SHPL, including insurance, mutual funds, equity broking, goal-based planning, alternative investments, bonds and fixed-income products, and home loan solutions.
Currently, Snehal is heading the Financial Planning and Mutual Funds division at SHPL, with a focus on providing clients with integrated solutions aligned with their individual needs and goals.
Omkar Patwardhan
Director
Omkar brings unique experience of banking and IT. He is MBA finance and have worked in multiple companies. He has experience of more than 17 years and worked with companies like HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Fiserv and Pluxee. He brings expertise in sales and operations. He is instrumental in bringing tech platforms and new business initiatives. Currently, Omkar oversees the overall business operations of SHPL, including Equity Broking, Insurance, Mutual Funds, and other financial services.
